This document sets out all the conditions governing account management, betting activities, bonus use, and payments on the betwala platform. Please read the entire document carefully before using the service.
General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the betwala platform and its users ("Members"). By using betwala's website, mobile application, or any of its services, a Member is considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. If any clause is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
These Terms must be read alongside betwala's Privacy Policy. Together, both documents form the complete agreement between the Member and betwala.
Account Registration and Verification
To open an account on betwala, a Member must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed, and the associated funds may be withheld.

- Full legal name (as on National ID card)
- Active mobile number
- Date of birth (must be 21 or older)
- Valid email address
Verification process
betwala reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. As part of verification, scanned copies of a National ID card, passport, or driving licence, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used may be requested.
Only one account may be registered per person. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
Age and Eligibility Requirements
betwala ensures that no minor is able to use the platform. To become a Member, a person must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and be 21 years of age or older.

Account Security
Members are fully responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. Usernames and passwords must not be shared with any third party, and care must be taken when saving login details on any device.

betwala uses SSL encryption technology to keep Member data secure. If unusual activity is detected on an account, betwala may automatically alert the Member or temporarily suspend the account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
All transactions involving deposits and withdrawals on betwala must be completed through secure and verified payment methods.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (all methods)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
- Only payment methods registered in the Member's own name may be used
- Cryptocurrency is not accepted
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes
- Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawing
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
betwala's bonuses and promotional offers are provided to enhance Members' gaming experience. However, each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
As a welcome bonus, betwala offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and the bonus can be withdrawn after wagering ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
General bonus rules
- Bonuses do not count as cash
- Withdrawal is not possible before wagering requirements are met
- Each bonus has a fixed expiry period
- Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time

- Claiming after the bonus has expired

Betting Rules and Conditions
The following rules apply to sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games on betwala. No bet will be accepted if the Member's account does not have sufficient balance.
Bet confirmation and cancellation
A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a technical error occurs or an event is cancelled, betwala reserves the right to refund the bet. Changes in odds after the event result is published do not affect the outcome of the bet — the odds at the time the bet was placed are final.
Casino game provisions
All casino games are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is set by the game provider and can be found in the game information section. betwala does not interfere with game outcomes.
Prohibited Activities
Account-related prohibitions
- Operating multiple accounts
- Registering using another person's identity
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Transferring an account to a third party
Financial and betting prohibitions
- Abusing the bonus system
- Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds
- Use of automated software or bots
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform
Account Suspension and Closure
betwala may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms
- Evidence of fraudulent activity on the account
- Failure to provide information required for identity verification
- Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
- At the Member's own request
Any active bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure. However, winnings where wagering requirements have been met and any remaining balance from the Member's own deposits will be returned after validation, unless those funds are linked to fraudulent activity.
If a Member wishes to close their own account, they can contact the support team via live chat or email. Our support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, in both Bengali and English.
Limitation of Liability
betwala makes every effort to operate its platform accurately and reliably. However, betwala will not be held liable in the following circumstances:
Technical issues
If any bet or transaction is disrupted due to an internet disconnection, server maintenance, or an unexpected technical fault, betwala will endeavour to find the best resolution for the situation but will not be obliged to provide direct financial compensation.
Third-party errors
betwala will not be directly liable for errors or delays caused by payment service providers, game studios, or other third parties. In such cases, betwala will coordinate with the relevant party to help resolve the Member's issue.
Gambling and betting activities carry financial risk. betwala never guarantees winnings. Members participate on the platform with full awareness and acceptance of this risk.
Data Privacy
betwala is committed to collecting, storing, and using members' personal information responsibly. Member data is used only for providing services, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations.

Changes and Updates to Terms
betwala reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms at any time. After any change, the updated terms will be published on the website along with the date of the update.
For significant changes, betwala will notify members by email or through a notification on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published means you accept the new terms.
